| Our EquipmentWe own it! There are a lot of companies out there simply reselling hosting space and other services. We don't. We own all of our servers, and support and maintain them ourselves. Our designers and programmers write their own code by hand and do not rely on WYSIWYG systems. Why is that important?Owning your own equipment and building what's under the hood, so to speak, means that we are extremely familiar with what we do. This may not seem like an important issue...until there is a problem or an emergency. We are able to respond quickly and accurately when there is a problem or emergency. You will rarely hear excuses about third parties from us. The ExceptionWe do maintain our servers in a data center. We also maintain working backup servers at our office in case of a hardware failure and offsite data backups.
