Assessment

During an assessment we will work with you and your staff to create an outline of your existing infrastructure including the size of your company, business applications and services, current IT processes, management and staff procedures, and budget constraints. Once we have an understanding of your existing systems we will prepare a proposal of our recommendations custom suited for your business and design a clear step-by-step plan for implementation and on-going maintenance/support.

Implementation

With a path laid out and agreed upon Watchtower Hosting will begin implementing those solutions. At each phase we will report our progress. We feel that communication is critical to the success of any project and so we will always be candid with our opinions and flexible and open to your concerns and ideas during all phases of the project. During the implementation phases we will assess any issues that may lead to significant changes in the overall plan, if and when they are encountered, and work with you to ensure deadlines are being met and the project stays on budget.

Maintenance

Once your systems are running smoothly and all phases of the implementation have been completed we will work with you to schedule weekly, monthly, or annual check-ups to make sure your new systems continue to meet your expectations for reliability, usability, and security. We realize every business has different requirements and restraints and so, again, we are very flexible with our support/maintenance contracts.
